The Traditions Spirits’ Spirit Tree was a huge success again this year!

“It seems to get bigger each year”, said VP Shaun Jones.

A Spirit Tree was set up at both the Home Office and the WinStar Administrative Office. WinStar distributed over two-hundred gifts to local children, and the Home Office distributed nearly 150. Thanks in part to the generosity of many of our own people.

Team members from both administration offices graciously orchestrated the gift registry and distribution.

While many employees directly purchased gifts for the Spirits, many also gave cash to the management team to purchase gifts for them. The WinStar Beverage team went out on a shopping spree, armed with well over $1,000 to contribute towards gifts!

“We had two young boys who are aspiring chefs, and hope to someday have a career in culinary,” said Shaun Jones. “Traditions set them up with professional chef jackets and hats, so they can be well prepared for their future career. We also gave them gift certificates to dine at Capisce, so they can experience fine Italian cuisine, and receive a table-side visit from Chef Jamie, along with some mentoring advice for the budding chefs.”

“I think we did great things with the Spirit Tree this year,” said President Marcus Tilley. “We look forward to helping even more families in the years to come.”
